Weekly Meal Plan 3/19-3/25

I am back in town and back in the swing of things. Although I still have a quick shopping trip from last week that I made to post I figured I would start with this week first since you guys cant go shop the deals from last week. ;)

Our menu this week (as usual) has a few repeats due to sickness. Hopefully we can get through at least one week without anyone getting sick.lol. The kids are all home this week for spring break and my Dad will be coming later this week so my menu is taking all of those things into account. Here is what is on our menu this week.

Breakfast
Cereal & Fruit
Gorilla Bread & Fruit (from last week)
Pancakes & Fruit (will make extras to go in the freezer)
Oatmeal & Fruit
Banana Muffins & Fruit (from the freezer)
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon & Fruit

Lunch
Turkey Sandwiches & bell pepper slices
Grilled Cheese & carrots
BBQ Chicken Quesadillas and cucumber slices
lots and lots of leftovers

Dinner
Dinner @ friends house
Grits & Eggs (repeat from last week)
Terriaki chicken, rice and steamed fresh veggies (also a repeat)
Spaghetti, Wintergreen Salad and Garlic Bread (ditto)
Grilled Chicken Salad (recipe to follow)
French Dip Sandwiches and Spinach Salad
Navajo Tacos and homemade refried beans (never tried this one...will let you know)

Cookies & Cream Brownies -to take to our friends house for dinner...soooo yummy!
Sugar Cookies-taking these to my primary kids this week as a take home treat.
